"Great Products To Enhance Your Food Trifecta Diet"

This will be your starter grocery list for the great products you'll need to have on hand for your Food Trifecta Diet. These are the things that I used to help lose weight. Also, start reading labels on everything you buy so you can learn to know how that food or product may effect your diet. While it's up to you if you want to count calories or not, I didn't. I was told I had the "right tools" for the job so I made the assumption that the diet would be effective. I know what "assuming" can do but I didn't assume losing 55 lbs. That's what mattered.

When buying groceries, most of the time I purchased products that were also easy to prepare, such as Bags of Salad Mixes and prepared, cut up vegetables. But I also bought things like fresh asparagus and broccoli as well and cut them up and stored them in a plastic container to serve later. When you select a package of meat or fish, split or cut them up into 4-6 oz. serving to prepare later. Making the diet easier to manage will help you stay on it and will help you Beat the "Diet Blues".
